There is a lot to be said about what agility and flexibility in business can do for those 'round the table - and rightfully so.

It's a competitive edge at the least and an industry transformer at its' best.

However, it's an entirely different conversation when you are living it; spanning less than 6-weeks, all while involving;

  • Planes

  • Trains

  • Automobiles

  • 3 time zones

  • financial institutions

  • Press

  • Hardware

  • Software

We're one day after the 6-week period and we're contemplating whether or not we just redefined the idea of Branch innovation, delivered.

Here's how it went down...

27th March, 2018 - the day after Mini Conf '18

We had a rendezvous with Source Technologies (hardware provider that supplies Kiosks to Financial institutions, among other things).

Now, without seeing their machine, we delivered our inBranch Kiosk product integrated to their Series 8 kiosk machine and demonstrated this at Financial & Security Products Association (FSPA), a month later.

25th April, 2018 - < 4 weeks in, and we're taking our place at FSPA

We joined Source Technologies in Atlanta for the Financial & Security Products Association Conference to demonstrate, our software on their hardware, as a viable solution for Financial Institutions exploring branch transformation opportunities, and more specifically around the area of Assisted Self Service in the branch.

That basically means:

Deposit (Check, and cash), withdraw (cash), transfer, print receipt, card and pin, camera.

When we say assisted self-service: branch staff can see who is at the kiosk, view their personal details, their account details, approve transactions over limits (e.g. withdrawal $1000) , proof checks – all in real time; with Antuar’s engage product, the bank associate can be prompted to try sell products that the customer is pre-qualified for, driving the efficiency of the branch staff and cost effectiveness.

It's been a whirlwind of sorts, and yet we barely noticed the whirlwind.

We have more news... but that's for next month.

To be continued.
