While branch networks may be hub and spoke, or full service branches, what format do you see as being the most popular/ideal…:
Branch and… coffee, internet shops (walmart etc.)
What is the biggest barrier to move towards that ideal:
- technology in the branch
- technology in the back office (legacy)
- staff resource /skill sets/ culture
What are the features of the systems that you would like to see in branches (innovation):
